Global Innovation Blueprint for the Health of Women

Regulation. Policy & Implementation. Access.

We are building a Global Innovation Blueprint for the Health of Women, to reduce the time it takes for the innovations women need to move from evidence and approval into adoption and patient access. It runs through three working groups, with innovation the focus across all three.

Regulation

A fast-track, adaptive regulatory route for innovations for the health of women, built with regulators across jurisdictions.

Policy & Implementation

A national policy and financing framework governments can adapt, turning commitment into delivery and bringing innovation to scale.

Access

Earlier diagnosis, better treatment and fairer access across the conditions that affect women, working with clinicians and civil society.

The Dove Foundation for Global Change is leading this work, drawing on its wider Connections for Global Change approach to bring public institutions, regulators, clinical leaders, industry and civil society into the pathway from policy commitment to implementation.

Parliamentary Roundtable on Women's Health Regulation

A high-level convening at the Churchill Room and Terrace Pavilion, co-hosted with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Wellcome Leap. The roundtable brought together national regulators, ministers, parliamentarians, clinicians, industry and multilateral agencies to agree the foundations of a Global Innovation Blueprint for the Health of Women, modelled on what was achieved during COVID-19. Hosted at Westminster by Gagan Mohindra MP, Rt Hon Esther McVey MP and Lady Davies.

2025 · General Pharmaceutical Council

Women's Health Challenges Roundtable at the GPhC

A Foundation-led convening at the General Pharmaceutical Council bringing pharmacists, clinicians and policy leaders together to map the women's health challenges visible from the pharmacy counter. Full event detail on dovefoundationglobalchange.org.

G20 Campaign · Ongoing

4,500 parliamentarians briefed on women's health

Direct submissions to G20 leaders, regulators and diplomatic representatives calling for a Women's Health Taskforce, in collaboration with W20.

Partnership · 2025

Foundation joins W20 as partner

The Foundation became a partner of the G20's official engagement group on gender equality, under the South African Presidency.

Quito, Ecuador · 2025

First Local Clinic Partnership begins

The Foundation's first clinic partnership begins operations, providing reproductive, gynaecological, cardiovascular and mental health care. Further partnerships in development.
